I love what I do.  It brings me great joy to see people take control of their health.

Therapeutic Massage, deep tissue, Neuromuscular Techniques, Craniosacral Therapy, Reiki and Universal White Time Healing are some of my techniques.

I have been licensed and practicing since 1992 in Fort Collins, Colorado.

My sessions are designed to meet clients needs and comfort.  The goal is to help people become empowered in their healing journey and maintain optimum health.  The focus is on clients' wellbeing through education, treatment and empowering them to create wellness in their lives.
